We deliver approximately 250g of komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach).
Komatsuna is rich in nutrients and contains 3.5 times more calcium than spinach. It grows year-round, but its peak season is winter when it becomes sweeter.
There are many recipes using komatsuna in both Japan and Vietnam! Adding it to miso soup creates a warm and comforting flavor. Stir-fried with pork and garlic in a sweet and savory sauce, it’s perfect for hot weather and goes great with rice.
It’s also delicious when sautéed with bacon, added to pasta, salads, or simmered dishes. Komatsuna is a versatile vegetable that suits almost any cooking style.
